Clarence Arts and Events are a unit of the Clarence City Council working out of the Rosny Farm Arts Centre. We aim to enhance the quality of life and creative opportunities for our community and beyond, whilst developing a vibrant and culturally sensitive community through the delivery of a broad ranging program of arts and events across the City of Clarence on the Eastern Shore of Hobart, Tasmania.
